What is Plant Perks?

Plant Perks is One Plant's free loyalty program that rewards you every time you shop. Members earn points on every visit, unlock exclusive member offers, receive birthday rewards, and can redeem points for discounts on future purchases.

Is Plant Perks free to join?

Yes! Plant Perks is completely free to join.

Simply visit any One Plant location and ask a team member to sign you up.

How do I sign up?

Signing up is quick and easy in-store. A team member will create your Plant Perks account using your phone number. Be sure to provide your birthday so you can receive your birthday reward.

I already have a Plant Perks account. Do I need to sign up again?

No.

If you're already a Plant Perks member, your account will automatically transition into the new rewards program with your next purchase. Your purchase history will also carry over.

How do I earn points?

You'll earn rewards just for shopping at One Plant.

Current earning opportunities include:

● 100 points every visit

● 400 bonus points when you join

● Double points during your first 31 days as a member

● Double points every Monday

What can I redeem my points for?

You can redeem your points for discounts on future purchases.

Do my points expire?

No. Your Plant Perks points never expire.

Are points refunded if I return an item?

No. Plant Perks points redeemed on a transaction cannot be refunded or credited back to your account if the purchase is returned.

Can I use my rewards with other discounts?

Yes. Rewards can be redeemed alongside price-matched purchases.

Is there a minimum purchase to redeem a reward?

Yes. The value of your purchase must be greater than the reward you're redeeming.

For example, you can't redeem a $10 reward on a $10 purchase.

What birthday rewards do I receive?

Members receive 15% off on their birthday.

To receive your birthday reward, make sure your birthday has been added to your Plant Perks account when you sign up.

How can I check my points balance?

Your available points and rewards can be viewed during checkout, and our team members are always happy to check your balance for you in-store.

Do I still receive Plant Perks pricing if I'm not a member?

Yes. Customers who choose not to join can still receive Plant Perks pricing. However, only registered Plant Perks members can earn and redeem loyalty points.

Can I redeem multiple rewards in one transaction?

No. You cannot stack or redeem multiple rewards in one transaction.

Where can I use Plant Perks?

Plant Perks rewards can be earned and redeemed at participating One Plant locations.
